Collamat has introduced the next generation of its sustainable linerless label applicators, the Linerfree line of applicators. This new generation of Linerfree applicators from Collamat are available as belt and tamp-on applicators.

The Linerfree applicators use direct thermal print on the fly with printer speeds of up to 12” per second and printer width of up to 4” and resolution of up to 300 dpi. These linerless applicators offer many operational benefits compared to traditional label applicators such as: zero liner waste and therefore zero disposal costs, 50-70% reduction of labeling stock, double operating time as it reduces the number of label roll loadings, variable label length on the fly, 50% less shipping cost for labels.

The Linerfree controller features an intuitive user-friendly touch panel with many intelligent features including OEE data, recipe control, alarm overview and diagnostic, and connectivity to ERP-systems. The Linerfree applicators offer a wide range of software solutions for label designs and print options using leading software such as NiceLabel, Codesoft and BarTender.
